Authenticated IPsec process crash via reachable assertion

Assertion failure in the IPsec process in MikroTik RouterOS before 6.47 allows remote authenticated users to crash the process via a crafted packet. The /ram/pckg/security/nova/bin/ipsec process contains an assertion reachable through attacker-controlled packet data, and violating it terminates the process with signal 6. An authenticated RouterOS session is required; the demonstrated consequence is interruption of IPsec rather than device compromise.
