Payout denial via unbounded address array

Denial of service in Ethereum contract 0xe933c0cd9784414d5f278c114904f5a84b396919 allows remote attackers to block payouts. The payout function processes an address array whose attacker-controlled growth eventually makes the function raise an exception. Unauthenticated account creation is sufficient; the documented consequence is failed payout execution, not loss or modification of contract funds.
