URI spoofing via right-to-left override injection

URI spoofing in Facebook Messenger iOS 227.0 and earlier and Android 228.1.0.10.116 and earlier allows attackers to disguise links. The message renderer honors a U+202E right-to-left override inside a crafted URI, reversing subsequent characters so the displayed destination differs from the actual link. A recipient must receive and follow the crafted link; the demonstrated consequence is deceptive navigation to an attacker-chosen site.
