Unrestricted file upload in ebCMS 1.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code through the upload type parameter. The web upload handler trusts the client-supplied upload type and lacks a server-side allowlist, permitting executable content to be stored and invoked. Low-privileged access to the upload function is required; successful exploitation runs code in the web server process context.
