Administrator account creation via tokenless CSRF

Cross-site request forgery in PHPMyWind 5.6 allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts through a crafted web page. The admin/admin_save.php handler inserts submitted user data into the administrator table without validating a CSRF token. Exploitation requires a logged-in administrator to load attacker-controlled content, after which the forged POST creates an administrator account.
