Arbitrary file read via external XML entities

XXE in /api/notify.php in S-CMS 3.0 allows remote attackers to read arbitrary files by submitting crafted XML over HTTP. The endpoint passes the POSTed XML directly to simplexml_load_string while external entity loading is enabled in PHP 5.3 and 5.4. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation discloses files readable by the PHP process through outbound callbacks.
