Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload
Published Mar 23, 2023 · Updated Feb 25, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in CSKaza CSZ CMS 1.2.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via a crafted PHP file. The upload handler accepts a server-executable PHP script without blocking the dangerous file type, but public records do not identify the handler by name. A low-privileged CMS account is required, and a successful upload grants the script the web server process's command and data access.
