Unauthenticated reboot via hidden media command

Denial of service in INSMA Wifi Mini Spy 1080P HD Security IP Camera 1.9.7 B allows remote attackers to reboot the device. The unauthenticated /media/?action=cmd endpoint accepts the hidden code=255 and value=255 command pair and invokes a device reboot. Any network client that can reach the camera's HTTP interface can interrupt video availability until the camera finishes restarting.
