Unauthenticated code execution via direct eval

Code injection in Oria gridx 1.3 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code through the query parameter in test_grid_filter.php. At line 265, tests/support/stores/test_grid_filter.php passes the untrusted query value directly to PHP's eval function without validation. No authentication or user interaction is required when the test support endpoint is web-accessible, and supplied PHP runs in the server process context.
