Authenticated code execution via upload blacklist bypass

Unrestricted file upload in WUZHI CMS 4.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code on the server. The extension check in common.func.php relies on a bypassable blacklist, allowing an executable script to be stored in the web-accessible upload directory. Exploitation requires upload privileges and a server configuration that permits PHP execution there; successful attacks run code with the web server's privileges.
