Converter crash via recursive cross-reference resolution

Denial of service in FlowPaper PDF2JSON 0.70 allows attackers to crash the converter by processing a specially crafted PDF file. XRef::fetch and ObjectStream construction repeatedly call one another while resolving crafted cross-reference objects, exhausting the process stack. Successful exploitation requires the target process to parse the malicious file and terminates that converter process with SIGSEGV.
