Command execution via unescaped symbolic-link paths

OS command injection in Laravel Framework before 5.8.17 allows attackers to execute commands through crafted symbolic-link paths. On Windows, Filesystem::link() interpolates the link and target paths into an exec() call to mklink without shell-argument escaping. Exploitation requires consuming application code to pass attacker-controlled paths into link(), enabling commands with the PHP process's privileges.
