Man-in-the-middle data tampering via global trust bypass

Improper certificate validation in Apache Beam 2.10.0 through 2.16.0 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to alter MongoDB traffic. MongoDbIO.getOptions unconditionally installs SSLUtils.ignoreSSLCertificate when SSL is enabled, and SSLUtils also registers its all-trusting socket factory as the JVM-wide default. Exploitation requires an attacker able to intercept a TLS connection; the trust bypass also affects unrelated HTTPS code in the same JVM.
