Physical path disclosure via invalid URL characters

Information disclosure in dhcms 2017-09-18 allows remote attackers to reveal the server's physical path via invalid URL characters. The Form index route processes characters appended after a valid interface path, emits an error, and includes the underlying filesystem path in that response. No authentication or user interaction is required for the network request; the demonstrated consequence is path disclosure rather than file access, code execution, or service interruption.
