Unauthenticated code execution via unrestricted PHP upload

Unrestricted file upload in Dswjcms 1.6.4 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary PHP code through the resources endpoint. The index.php/Dswjcms/Basis/resources.html handler accepts a PHP file and stores it beneath Public/uploadify/uploads, where a direct web request executes it. No authentication is required, and successful exploitation runs attacker-supplied code with the privileges of the web service.
