Authenticated stored XSS via unescaped routing remark

Stored XSS in IPFire 2.21 Core Update 130 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in the routing-table WebGUI. The routing.cgi handler stores the remark parameter without escaping it, then inserts the value into the Routing Table Entries page. Access to the affected page is required, and the payload runs when another authenticated WebGUI user opens that page, enabling browser-session data access or configuration changes in that user's context.
