Infotocap crash via unchecked box-character string indexing

Heap buffer over-read in ncurses 6.1 allows remote attackers to crash infotocap by supplying crafted terminfo source data. postprocess_terminfo reads fixed indices 0 through 10 from box_chars_1 without first verifying that the parsed string contains 11 bytes. The targeted user or workflow must process the crafted source; the demonstrated consequence is an application abort, with no data disclosure or modification shown.
