Process crash via unchecked hash-table index

Global buffer over-read in ncurses 6.1 allows remote attackers to crash infotocap when a crafted terminfo file is converted. _nc_find_entry uses the capability-name hash result directly as a table_data index without first verifying that it lies within the table, causing a two-byte read outside the global hash data. A user or automated workflow must invoke infotocap on the supplied file; the demonstrated consequence is process termination under AddressSanitizer.
