Authenticated file deletion via unconstrained backup path

Arbitrary file deletion in Halo 0.4.3 allows remote authenticated users to delete server files through the delBackup endpoint. The handler concatenates user-controlled type and fileName parameters into a backup path and passes it to FileUtil.del without confining the resolved path to the backup directory. Access to the administrative backup route and an authenticated session are required, after which traversal sequences can delete files writable by the Halo process.
