Cross-origin connection via spoofed localhost origin

Authentication bypass in Gate One 1.2.0 allows remote authenticated users to connect from unlisted hosts by spoofing a localhost origin. The WebSocket origin check trusts the hostname supplied by the embedding page instead of verifying the client's network address, so a page served as localhost matches the allowlist. Exploitation requires API authentication with valid API keys and a configuration that permits localhost; the result is a Gate One session from an otherwise blocked host.
