Process crash via crafted TIFF rational value

Arithmetic exception in Exiv2 0.27.99.0 allows context-dependent attackers to crash metadata processing with a crafted TIFF file. The printLong function in tags_int.cpp divides parsed rational values after checking only that the denominator is nonzero, and a crafted value triggers SIGFPE at that operation. Processing attacker-supplied image metadata is required; the demonstrated consequence is an Exiv2 process crash, with no confidentiality or integrity impact reported.
