Process crash via incomplete file-header bounds check

Improper bounds checking in zziplib 0.13.69 allows attackers to crash a consuming process by having it open a crafted ZIP archive. zzip_disk_entry_to_file_header validates only the computed header pointer, not whether the complete file-header structure remains inside the mapped buffer. A local user must cause a vulnerable application to process the file; the demonstrated consequence is a segmentation fault and process abort.
