Device-information disclosure via unauthenticated EPA read

Information disclosure in the EPA service of DCCE MAC1100 PLC firmware allows remote attackers to read device identifiers over UDP port 11000. The service processes a fixed 16-byte unauthenticated EPA read request and returns the PLC ID, series number, and name from fixed response offsets. Network reachability to UDP port 11000 is sufficient; the published proof of concept reads device metadata that can support device-authentication attacks.
