Unauthenticated variable-area disclosure via EPA read packets

Out-of-bounds read in DCCE MAC1100 PLC's EPA protocol allows remote attackers to read arbitrary variable areas over UDP port 11000. A crafted EPA read packet changes the variable-area identifier, and the controller returns data from selected input, output, user-variable, local-variable, memory, or special-function regions without enforcing an access boundary. No authentication or user interaction is required; network access exposes process inputs, outputs, user variables, local variables, memory, and special-function data.
