Control-program disclosure via unauthenticated EPA requests

Information disclosure in DCCE MAC1100 PLC firmware allows remote attackers to read control-program bytecode over the EPA service. The UDP service on port 11000 accepts a fixed sequence of nine EPA request datagrams and returns the PLC program stored in OB1 without authentication. Network access to that service is sufficient; the demonstrated consequence is disclosure of proprietary control logic, with no reported write or service-interruption capability.
