Unauthenticated PLC control via crafted EPA packets

Missing authorization in DCCE MAC1100 PLC firmware allows remote attackers to stop or start the controller via crafted EPA packets. The UDP service on port 11000 accepts fixed EPA start and stop command packets and changes CPU state without authenticating or authorizing the sender. Network reachability to that service is sufficient, and stopping the CPU interrupts normal controller operation while starting it grants unauthorized operational control.
