Remote subscriber crash via one-past-end bitset access

Stack buffer overflow in Eclipse Cyclone DDS 0.1.0 allows remote attackers to crash a DDS subscriber with a crafted RTPS HeartbeatFrag. The nn_bitset_one function computes an index as numbits divided by 32 and unconditionally masks that word, accessing one word past the bitset when numbits is divisible by 32. A malformed HeartbeatFrag reaches this code in the unauthenticated receive thread, causing an out-of-bounds stack access and abort rather than data disclosure or modification.
