JavaScript execution via unencoded stored username

Stored cross-site scripting in Quokka 0.4.0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript through a crafted Username value. quokka/admin/actions.py interpolates the stored username into a Markup-wrapped flash message without filtering or output encoding. An administrator must select the malicious account and create its profile block, which executes the payload in that administrator's browser session.
