Unauthenticated file creation via unsanitized tag paths

Path traversal in WebPort 1.19.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to create CSV files outside the system tags directory via tag input. System settings accepts a tag value such as ../test and uses it as the filename for a tags CSV, causing test.csv to be written in the parent WebPort system directory. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the demonstrated consequence is filesystem data creation rather than file disclosure or code execution.
