User redirection via unchecked redirect target

Open redirect in GetSimpleCMS 3.3.15 and earlier allows remote attackers to send users to an arbitrary site through changedata.php. The script accepts POST redirectto as redirect_url and passes it to redirect(), which places the unvalidated value in a Location header. Exploitation requires a user to submit the crafted request and follow the response, enabling a trusted-domain link to send that user to an attacker-chosen site.
