Application crash via undersized WebP VP8X chunk

Heap buffer over-read in Exempi 2.5.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash an application that opens a crafted WebP file. The VP8XChunk constructor in WEBP_Support.cpp reads fixed-position fields from an undersized chunk without first confirming that the chunk data is long enough. Exploitation requires an application using the library to open the attacker-supplied file; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash, not data disclosure or code execution.
