Stored XSS via nonrecursive script-tag stripping

Stored XSS in Rukovoditel 2.4.1 allows remote authenticated users to inject script through the Copyright Text configuration field. The configuration save path stores CFG[APP_COPYRIGHT_NAME] after nonrecursive script-tag stripping, allowing nested markup to survive and execute when rendered. An authenticated configuration change and a subsequent page view are required; successful exploitation runs attacker-controlled script in the viewer's browser.
