Movie information deletion via forged administrator request
Published Aug 12, 2021 · Updated Aug 4, 2024
CSRF in AikCms 2.0.0 video_list.php allows attackers to delete movie information through an authenticated administrator's browser. The deletion endpoint accepts a state-changing request without a CSRF token or equivalent origin check, allowing crafted HTML to submit it with the administrator's session. Exploitation requires an administrator to open the proof-of-concept file while logged in; the demonstrated consequence is deletion of movie records.
