Cross-site request forgery in 711cms 1.0.7 allows remote attackers to create an administrator account via a crafted request to admin.php?c=Admin&m=content. The administrative content endpoint accepts state-changing requests without a CSRF token, allowing a victim's authenticated browser session to submit the account-creation action. User interaction is required, and successful exploitation can grant administrative access and alter site data; the record does not document broader system compromise.
