Stored script execution via unfiltered document title

Stored cross-site scripting in bycms 3.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through an edited document title. The edit function in Document.php stores the title parameter without filtering, causing the payload to execute when the edited content is refreshed. Administrative access is required to modify the content, and viewing the stored title triggers script execution in the viewer's browser.
