Remote code execution via template path traversal

Arbitrary file write in qinggan PHPok 5.1 allows remote attackers to create executable server files through the template editor. The edit_save_f function in framework/admin/tpl_control.php uses an attacker-controlled title as a destination path without blocking traversal and writes supplied content there. A crafted network request can overwrite a PHP file and execute supplied code in the web-server context without user interaction.
