Process crash via zero-width image encoding

Array index error in TinyEXR 0.9.5 allows remote attackers to crash a consuming process through a zero-width image passed to SaveEXR. SaveEXR accesses the first element of an empty float vector when the supplied image width is zero, causing an out-of-range exception that terminates the process. Reachability requires a consuming application to pass attacker-controlled image dimensions into SaveEXR; the demonstrated consequence is a process crash.
