Administrator account creation via forged insertion request

CSRF in FeiFeiCMS 4.1.190209 allows remote attackers to create administrator accounts through the administrator insertion endpoint. The endpoint accepts a browser-submitted POST containing administrator names and passwords without a request-specific anti-CSRF value. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator's browser to submit the forged request, after which the created account grants administrative access.
