Password recovery via hardcoded AES encryption key

Weak password encryption in DoraCMS 2.1.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to recover user passwords through dictionary attacks. The server/lib/utils/crypto.js encrypt function passes each password and the hardcoded passphrase "doracms_" to CryptoJS AES-CBC without an application-generated random salt or IV. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the public record does not identify how attackers obtain the ciphertext; the reported consequence is offline recovery of user passwords.
