Plaintext password disclosure via cookie SQL injection

SQL injection in SEMCMS 3.8 allows remote attackers to bypass authentication and obtain a stored password in plaintext. The checkuser function in Include/control.php directly interpolates scuseradmin and scuserpass cookie values into a quoted sc_user SELECT, while its denylist permits an or -1 expression that changes the query logic. Network access to the web application is sufficient; no prior account or user interaction is required, and the documented consequence is limited to authentication bypass and plaintext password disclosure.
