Remote folder deletion via path traversal

Path traversal in iCMS 7.0.13 allows remote attackers to delete folders through crafted HTTP requests to an administrative database endpoint. The database.admincp.php do_del() method accepts attacker-controlled path or command data without adequate traversal restriction, enabling deletion outside the intended directory. The attack is unauthenticated and network reachable; the demonstrated consequence is loss of folder availability and integrity, with no evidence of confidentiality impact.
