Improper authentication in Huawei Honor V20 firmware allows adjacent attackers to disclose information through a smart wearable connection. The wearable-device authentication path insufficiently validates a connecting device's identity before exposing information from the smartphone. Exploitation requires adjacent-network access and certain information already present on the victim's phone; affected regional builds precede 10.0.0.179(C636E3R4P3), 10.0.0.180(C185E3R3P3), or 10.0.0.180(C432E10R3P4).
