Digital Balance bypass via unrestricted ADB operation

Improper authorization in Huawei Mate 20 before 10.0.0.185(C00E74R3P8) allows physically proximate attackers to bypass Digital Balance limits. In ADB mode, the system fails to restrict an unspecified operation that enforces the Digital Balance feature's usage controls. Exploitation requires possession of the phone as a limited user and changes only Digital Balance restrictions, with no reported data access or service interruption.
