Private-key disclosure via identical export filenames

Information disclosure in OTRS 7.0.16 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to export private keys under public-key filenames. The affected PGP and S/MIME export paths in Community Edition 5.0.42 and earlier and 6.0.27 and earlier assign identical filenames to public and private material. An administrator must export the material and mistake the private-key file for its public counterpart; sending that file discloses the private key to its recipient.
