Stored XSS via unencoded address-book link parameters

Stored XSS in OTRS allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in an agent's browser via a crafted customer address-book link. Article content can embed an address-book link whose parameters are inserted into the resulting page without encoding, causing script syntax to be interpreted instead of rendered as data. Creating the article requires authenticated access, and execution requires an agent to open the link; OTRS 7.0.15 and earlier and ((OTRS)) Community Edition 6.0.26 and earlier are affected.
