Sensitive-data exposure in OTRS and ((OTRS)) Community Edition allows attackers to obtain secrets from generated support bundles. The SupportBundleGenerator packages modified configuration and application files but fails to mask passwords and exclude session, key, attachment, and temporary-data paths before making the archive available for download or transmission. Reaching the administrative support-bundle workflow requires high privileges and user interaction; affected releases are OTRS 7.0.15 and earlier and ((OTRS)) Community Edition 5.0.41 and earlier or 6.0.26 and earlier.
