Session persistence via background activity misclassification

Insufficient session expiration in OTRS 7.0.x through 7.0.14 allows remote authenticated users to keep external-frontend sessions active. The external frontend counts background data and update requests as user activity, so SessionMaxIdleTime never elapses while the application remains open. An authenticated browser session therefore retains access beyond the configured idle limit without genuine user activity.
