Local privilege escalation via temporary-directory race

Race condition in the webkit component of Apache NetBeans HTML/Java API 1.7 allows local users to escalate privileges. UnJarResources.extract deletes a temporary file and then creates a directory at the same path, leaving a window for path replacement. Exploitation requires local low-privileged access and winning that race before the Java process creates and populates the directory.
