SVN password disclosure via command-line arguments

Information disclosure in Red Hat Ansible 2.7.16 and earlier, 2.8.8 and earlier, or 2.9.5 and earlier allows local users to read SVN passwords. The subversion module appends its password argument to the svn command as --password, exposing the secret in /proc//cmdline while the process runs. Exploitation requires another local user on the affected node and a task that invokes the module with a password; the bounded consequence is disclosure of that SVN credential.
