Authenticated denial of service via leaked sockets

Resource exhaustion in Ceph RGW Beast allows remote authenticated users to deny service through repeated disconnects. The StreamIO request-body drain stops on Boost.Beast partial-message errors after a client disconnects with body data unread, preventing normal connection cleanup. Valid RGW credentials and repeated crafted disconnects are required; accumulated CLOSE_WAIT sockets exhaust resources and block legitimate connections.
